By creating an account or purchasing a key from Shopper Boost, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. About Shopper Boost

Shopper Boost is an authorized reseller of ShopperX activation keys for the InstaX and VehX platforms. We provide digital license keys and customer support. We do not develop or maintain the ShopperX software itself.

Shopper Boost is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by InstaX (Maplebear Inc.), VehX, or any delivery platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Products & Pricing

Trial Key: A free 5-day full-access key available exclusively to new users who have never used ShopperX before. Limited to one trial per user and one activation per device.

US Key ($110 USD): A full activation key for InstaX and VehX in the United States. 30 days or $1,200.

CAD Key ($110 USD): A full activation key for InstaX and VehX in Canada. 30 days or $1,650.

Prices are subject to change. The price at the time of purchase applies to your order.

4. License Terms

Each key is a digital license for personal, non-commercial use by a single user on a single device.

Keys are non-transferable. You may not sell, share, sublicense, or redistribute your key.

Using a US Key outside the United States or a CAD Key outside Canada will void the license without refund.

Attempting to use a Trial Key when you have previously used ShopperX (on any account or device) is a violation of these terms and may result in key revocation without refund.

5. Payment & Delivery

Payments are processed securely by Stripe in USD.

After successful payment, your activation key and setup guide are delivered instantly to your registered email.

If you do not receive your key within 1 hour of payment, contact our support team.

6. Refund Policy

Digital keys are non-refundable once activated. Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot verify whether a key has been used after delivery.

If your key is defective or does not work as described, contact support within 48 hours of purchase. We will replace the key or issue a refund at our discretion.

Refunds will not be issued for: keys activated on the wrong region, trial abuse, account suspension due to terms violation, or change of mind after activation.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use our services to: reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify ShopperX software; share, resell, or distribute keys to third parties; create multiple accounts to abuse the trial system; use automated tools to interact with our website; or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and revoke your keys without refund if you violate these terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that ShopperX will work uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce specific financial results. Earnings testimonials are based on user reports and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for any actions taken by InstaX, VehX, or any delivery platform regarding your account, including but not limited to account deactivation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shopper Boost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or a notice on our website.
